Delete your account

You can permanently delete your RentTrack account and all of its data at any time by emailing us. This page explains exactly how, what gets removed, and how long the process takes.


1. How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email account associated with your RentTrack account:

Use a subject line like:

Subject: RentTrack account deletion request

Please delete my RentTrack account and all associated data.
Account email: (your email)

Sending the request from the email registered to your account lets us verify it's really you. If you signed in with Apple's "Hide my email" option, send the request from your real email and tell us the relay address that was issued to you (the one ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).

2. How long it takes

We action all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. In practice we usually action them within a few business days. We will reply to confirm once your account has been deleted.

No personal data is shared, sold, or used for any purpose after deletion. After the retention windows above, your data is gone for good.
